This privacy policy explains how WPC Consulting Pty Ltd ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects the personal information you provide through wpcconsulting.com.au (the "website"), including the ContractLens contract review form. By using the website, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. We collect personal information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email address and phone number, when you email or call us, book a call, or complete a form on the website.

ContractLens submissions. When you request a ContractLens review, we collect your full name, company, email address, the contract title or reference, the counterparty name, details of the review you want, and the contract documents you upload. Contract documents may contain personal information about you or other people, and commercially confidential information.

Technical information. Our hosting and form providers may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, to operate and secure their services.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
• To prepare and email your ContractLens risk report, and to arrange the optional consultation.
• To keep records of our work and meet our legal obligations.
• To improve the website and our services.

We will only send you marketing emails if you have asked to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by following the instructions in the email or by contacting us.

How ContractLens processes documents

ContractLens is an AI-assisted service. The form is hosted by Tally, and submitted documents are processed through an automated workflow that uses third-party AI services to help identify commercial risk, before the report is emailed to you. Please remove or redact any information you do not want us to process before you upload a contract.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers who help us run the website and our services, such as website hosting, form, workflow automation, AI and email providers. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
• Authorities or other parties where the law requires or authorises it.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the European Union and the United States. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure those providers handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, change or disclosure. No method of sending information over the internet or storing it electronically is completely secure.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing russell.hopkins@wpcconsulting.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
